- Interview and select public relations assistant and public relations interns. Oversee responsibilities of public relations staff including responding to incoming requests for information, maintaining players’ photo and clip files and compiling materials for weekly media packages. Develop team policies regarding charitable requests.
- Press Box Manager/Field Operations
- Coordinate all public relations record-keeping functions. Manage budget for public relations department. Assist in NFL Draft Day and training camp operations.
- Manage all game day press box operations including press box layout, distribution of press credentials, post game press conference and staffing. Manage weekly credential request list and determine media list. Design, coordinate and issue all press credentials.
- Act as liaison for network producer and visiting public relations representative and service their needs. Assist in network production meeting. Devise and oversee policies as they pertain to credentials and press box operations.
